1. A copy of your current Public and Products Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency must be supplied with this Application Form or provided on the day to the Entry Marshalls. Failure to do so means you will not be granted
entry.

2. Food Stalls must comply with Central Coast Council’s “Temporary Food Stall Approval to Operate” requirements –
copy attached.

I hereby certify that I will accept responsibility as the proprietor of this stall/s and will comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Event. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions that have been provided to me, and will abide by any lawful direction given to me or my staff by Davistown Putt Putt Regatta & Wooden Boat Festival Inc. staff on the day of the event, i.e. Sunday 13th October 2024.
